Trevi - Ulivo millenario di San Emiliano: Questa pianta è ritenuta il più antico ulivo dell'Umbia. Un antico codice del 9° secolo narra che San Emiliano, primo vescovo di Trevi, fu legato a questo ulivo e decapitato, nell'anno 304 d.C.. Mentre negli anni di intenso gelo tutti gli ulivi della zona sono morti, questo ulivo ha resistito sempre a tutte le intemperie. |
Trevi - Millenary Olive Tree of San Emiliano. This tree is believed to be the oldest olive of Umbia. An ancient code of the 9th century tells that San Emiliano, first bishop of Trevi, was linked to this olive tree and beheaded in the year 304 AD. In the years of intense frost all the olive trees in the area are dead, this olive tree has always resisted all weather. |
